Enterprise platforms in production use — manufacturing, ERP and data migration.

Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading JSC

Early 2024 – Present

TC Shopfloor

Manufacturing Execution System

An end-to-end MES that digitalizes and standardizes production across Thanh Cong's textile supply chain. It covers Spinning through to Finished Goods, connecting manufacturing with scheduling, quality control, warehouse operations, logistics, barcode tracking, production traceability and enterprise ERP data.

TEAM · 22 people — 1 project manager, 6 developers, 15 business analysts

INTERNAL SYSTEM · NO PUBLIC REPOSITORY

Dynamic UI & data mapping

  • Co-developed configurable data-entry interfaces for different textile production workflows.
  • Built dynamic layouts supporting varying manufacturing requirements.
  • Developed automated data-mapping mechanisms that cut repetitive development across production modules.

Barcode & production reporting

  • Developed production reports used across multiple textile sectors.
  • Built configurable barcode printing for both web and mobile, supporting multiple templates.
  • Worked across Spinning, Weaving, Dyeing, Sewing and Finished Goods processes.

ERP integration

  • Developed bi-directional synchronization between TC Shopfloor and WFX ERP.
  • Handled orders, FPPO, inventory and production information.
  • Supported near real-time sync between the manufacturing and ERP environments.

Workflow automation & traceability

  • Developed multi-level order approval with configurable behaviour per business scenario.
  • Built production history retrieval so users can trace records across manufacturing stages.
  • Supported investigation of production issues and operational bottlenecks.

Performance

  • Developed data-heavy enterprise screens for manufacturing users.
  • Improved query and search performance over large production datasets.
  • Optimized data retrieval for faster access to historical production information.
Architecture

Three tiers. Shop-floor clients (React web and React Native mobile, plus barcode scanners) call MES services built as .NET 9 microservices communicating over REST and RabbitMQ, which persist to SQL Server. The MES services also synchronise bi-directionally with WFX ERP, exchanging orders, FPPO, inventory and production data in near real time.

Nexacore ERP

Enterprise Resource Planning platform

An all-in-one ERP platform for Vietnamese enterprises, covering sales, purchasing, warehouse, production, accounting, human resources, fixed assets, cost management and distribution management (DMS).

INTERNAL SYSTEM · NO PUBLIC REPOSITORY

Legacy modernization & performance

  • Participated in migrating legacy jQuery applications into modern Next.js environments.
  • Improved SEO indexing through server-side rendering, reaching 90+ Lighthouse scores.
  • Modernized enterprise web interfaces while keeping existing business workflows intact.

Approval workflow engine

  • Designed and implemented a configurable multi-level approval workflow engine.
  • Supported approval processes across sales, purchasing and HR modules.
  • Reduced duplication by centralizing reusable approval behaviour.

Distribution Management System

  • Developed real-time tracking and mapping for the DMS module.
  • Implemented sales route tracking and trip trajectory visualization.
  • Built customer visitation history so managers can monitor field-sales activity.

Backend & desktop

  • Developed and maintained ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
  • Implemented enterprise business logic using CQRS and MediatR.
  • Maintained ERP desktop applications built with C#, WPF and DevExpress.
  • Developed mobile payroll payslip access with React Native.
Architecture

Three tiers. Clients are a Next.js web application, a React Native mobile app and a WPF desktop application built with DevExpress. All call a shared ASP.NET Core Web API that implements business logic with CQRS and MediatR, validated by FluentValidation, which persists to SQL Server across the sales, purchasing, warehouse, HR and accounting modules.

Moodle Migration Tool

LMS course migration platform

A migration platform that transfers complete Moodle courses between LMS environments while preserving data integrity across complex entity relationships — courses, modules, grades, submissions, quizzes and attempts, SCORM packages, files and their database dependencies.

INTERNAL SYSTEM · NO PUBLIC REPOSITORY

Migration engine

  • Built an engine handling the lifecycle of Moodle courses across hundreds of relational tables.
  • Implemented ID-remapping so dependent entities correctly reference newly generated destination IDs.
  • Made migrations idempotent, resolving duplicate-data cases around quiz attempts so they can be re-run safely.
  • Ordered migration by entity dependency, so parents transfer before dependent records.

Two-tier architecture

  • WPF migration client for database migration, configuration and migration management.
  • ASP.NET Core REST API for server-side file synchronization and physical file management.
  • Implemented server-to-server Moodle file sync over SSH, rsync and REST.

Scheduling & management

  • Integrated Quartz.NET for scheduled migrations and recurring migration pipelines.
  • Built management UI with search, pagination, batch migration and deletion, history and CSV export.
  • Implemented controlled deletion and restore with metadata logging and source cleanup.
Architecture

A two-tier design. A WPF migration client handles database migration, configuration, scheduling and migration management. It calls an ASP.NET Core REST API responsible for server-side file synchronisation and physical file management over SSH and rsync. Both act on the destination Moodle MySQL database and its moodledata file storage.
